About Us

Parent Teacher Student Organization

Who We Are

We’re a Non-Profit organization established in 2015, and have since been able to be an active 501(c)(3) entity.

As an organization, we spend the school year organizing and hosting events with the goals of creating an enriched environment for our students, providing monetary resources to our teachers and staff, and building community resources overall.

What we do

We have financial aid opportunities for our staff and teachers via what we call “Mini Grants,” as well as having a budget for each grade to do something “big” each school year; things like field trips or a full grade party! We also offer funds for the operations and professional development of our Principal, and the office support staff.

Throughout the school year, you’ll also see things like appreciation luncheons for our teachers, breakfasts for the special grown-ups in students’ lives, and general community based fundraising events.

We put our best effort into being inclusive of community members, and if you have any feedback on how we could better do that, please send us feedback on our Contact page!

Meet the Board

See below for the name and position held for the current board members!

Feel free to always pop up to a board meeting, our Tuesday Office Hours, or event happening to meet us in person!

When schools, families, and community groups work together to support learning, children tend to do better in school, stay in school longer, and like school more.” – Anne Henderson and Karen Mapp
